Campus Director Application

Instructions

This application is for candidates interested in becoming a Campus Director in the April through July 2007 timeframe. Please see the Campus Director Job Description for a more in-depth description of the position. Interested candidates should complete the following steps to be considered.

  1. Cover Letter: Write a strong, descriptive cover letter that highlights your leadership experience, philosophy on youth development, education and community development, and how the Campus Director role fits in with your long-term career goals.
     
  2. Resume: Your resume should include both education and work experience. You will be asked to email electronic files (Word, RTF or text) of your cover letter and resume after you submit this application.
     
  3. Site Preferences: There will be an opportunity to indicate a site preference on the application. Our network includes campuses in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina and Texas. You will be asked to pick your top three location preferences from a list of currently available cities.
     
  4. Application: All fields on the application are required. Please note that there are essay questions at the end. To protect your work if technical problems arise, we suggest you compose and save your answers separately, then copy and paste them into the appropriate spaces.
     
  5. Selection Process: Your application will be carefully considered by the Campus Director selection committee and is the first stage in a comprehensive selection process that will include interviews, campus visits and written exercises.
