Alan Su is an engineer at Google, making the tubes of YouTube run smoothly. But for years, he has also spent an afternoon a week engineering young minds. His latest apprenticeship with Citizen Schools involved teaching kids how to build robots, and then program Android phones to make them perform various tasks.
