Executive Director, Center for Native American Youth at The Aspen Institute

Nikki (Coeur d’Alene Tribe) is the Executive Director for the Center for Native American Youth (CNAY) at the Aspen Institute. CNAY hosts leadership, narrative change, and policy programs and maintains a network of several thousand Indigenous youth across the United States. Nikki leads in vision, strategy, priority setting, resource development, partnership development and collaborative strategies. Nikki serves as a Board of Director for the Partnerships With Native Americans, Commissioner for the Aspen Institute’s K-12 Climate Action, Advisor for the Doris Duke Charitable Fund’s Indigenous Peoples Portfolio, and Council for the Illumination Fund, Alliance for Youth Suicide Prevention, International Meeting on Indigenous Children Health and a committee member for the Miss Indian World pageant for the Gathering of Nations.
