Reflections of a "Day On" at Citizen Schools (Photo Gallery)

Last week marked the 35th Anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, Day - a day that honors Dr. King’s legacy and encourages acts of service and love. Last week, Citizen Schools staff and AmeriCorps members participated in service projects across the country. Team members in MA volunteered with The City Forest and painted a mural at the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts. Our CA team cleaned up the MLK regional shoreline in Oakland, and In New York, NY our members supported multiple organizations across the region. See our AmeriCorps Members in action, below:
