Brand You introduces our middle school students to the career concept of Branding. With in the 10 week learning frame, students learn the following concepts using their personal interest:
Why are Brands important?
How do you define one’s Brand?
What is Brand development?
How to implement personality into a Brand?
How to relate customers to your Brand?
How can we recreate a Brand?
For this year’s Brand You, students channeled their love for sneakers into building their own brand and design. Despite the hardships of obtaining computers to complete classwork and navigating Google Classroom, our students did not give up on their dreams to recreate their perfect shoe that reflected their personality. They researched how major shoe companies create their brands to persuade new customers. They learned about how businesses collaborated with different manufacturers to produce with diverse creativity together. While implementing the final touches on her WOW Project, one student declared she wanted to go into the career of Branding! While this pandemic impacted students emotionally, ours found a way to mentally thrive through the COVID-19 storm. Check out the final projects below!
