Teaching Fellows: AUBREY

CITIZEN TEACHER: JONATHAN

Students were able to learn about coding through Pencil Code. The purpose of Pencil Code was to expose students to STEM based learning through coding. Since many of the students play video games, they will learn how to create their own video game. Each week, students were given an assignment on how to create an important piece to a video game. Throughout the weeks, students shaped and molded their coding skills with the help of our Citizen Teacher, Mr. Jonathan. For their WOW project, students showcased their video game they created on their own to family, teachers, and friends.
